  • Review of purchase and sale paperwork for brokerage compliance.

  • Send paperwork for corrections via FormSimplicity or DocuSign.

  • Email client “Congratulations & Expectations” with all signed purchase & sale paperwork.

  • Email transaction timeline to client & agent.

  • Send agent drafted contracts out for necessary signatures as requested.

  • Open escrow, make sure lender has received all purchase & sale documents.

  • Make sure buyer has received preliminary title commitment and that they have the title officer’s contact information to answer any of their questions.

  • Coordinate inspection(s).

  • Coordinate appraisal.

  • Coordinate signing with closing agent, buyer’s agent, & buyer.

  • Drafting of real estate documents.
