Review of purchase and sale paperwork for brokerage compliance.
Send paperwork for corrections via FormSimplicity or DocuSign.
Email client “Congratulations & Expectations” with all signed purchase & sale paperwork.
Email transaction timeline to client & agent.
Send agent drafted contracts out for necessary signatures as requested.
Open escrow, make sure lender has received all purchase & sale documents.
Make sure buyer has received preliminary title commitment and that they have the title officer’s contact information to answer any of their questions.
Coordinate inspection(s).
Coordinate appraisal.
Coordinate signing with closing agent, buyer’s agent, & buyer.
Drafting of real estate documents.
