About Sam
Samantha Kitchen is a dynamic professional with a passion for both her career and personal life. Her favorite color is burgundy, her favorite food is nachos (YUM) and she dreams of traveling to Ireland in the (hopefully near!) future.
In her limited free time, Samantha enjoys exploring new outdoor activities with her 7-month-old daughter, Quinn. She is married to Jeremy Kitchen, who runs his own real estate photography business among other endeavors.
She values the flexibility in her role as Founder of ETM. She has designed her business to balance her own life with that of her clients, aiming to support realtors in spending more time with their families and to provide a healthy work environment for her team.
Samantha's morning routine revolves around caring for Quinn, from early wake-ups to preparing both herself and her daughter for the day ahead, ensuring a smooth start to her busy schedule.

Beverly is passionate about guiding her clients toward their goals. With green as her favorite color and a deep affection for both Italian and Mexican food, Beverly dreams of a future adventure in Italy...
When she’s not working, Bev enjoys making the most of her time outdoors—whether it’s camping, boating, or hitting the trails on an ATV.
She shares her life with her husband, Jim, and together they have blended two amazing families. This includes her step-son and his five family members, as well as her two daughters who are both starting their own families. Her heart is especially full with her one-year-old granddaughter.
Beverly starts her day with a comforting cup of coffee and a chat with Jim, which sets a positive tone for her work day.
